It’s important for actors to show their range. Right? So what does that mean? Does that mean, oh, I can play a drug dealer? I could play a cheerleader. I could play a gangbanger or I could play a nerd. I could play a shy kid, whatever. Well, we talked about in previous videos that you’re really going to be cast for the part that’s closest to you. So if you are nerdish in real life, you’re much more likely to be cast as a nerd. So what does range mean? It means your emotional range. So how does a nerd play excited? How does a nerd play falling in love? How does a nerd play embarrassed? How does a nerd play a shy?
