1. All Sales Are Final

All sales of printed, digital, and audiobooks, as well as merchandise, are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of these products once they are purchased.

2. Digital Products

Our digital products, including but not limited to online courses, videos, and webinars, e-books, are consumable immediately upon purchase. As such, all sales of digital products are final upon purchase. By purchasing any digital product from our website, you acknowledge and agree that there is no expectation of a refund after the purchase is made.

3. Mugs, Notebooks, Totes, Water bottles

These are non-refundable. However, if your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

4. Clothing

We can only allow exchanges for either a different size or another product of equal or more value. We are not able to accept a straight return unless the item is damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you want to exchange your item or you have an issue with the product. Shipping costs back to us are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We will not be able to accept any exchanges outside of the US.
